1. Will one cleaner come, or a team?

Most of the time, one of our reliable cleaners will take care of the job. If the space is large or extra help is needed, we can send two cleaners upon request.

2. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

We usually use the cleaning tools and products our customers already have at home. But if needed, we’re happy to bring our own including eco-friendly products if you prefer.

3. Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes, of course! Just let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We’re flexible and will work with you to find a better time.

4. How does payment work?

After the cleaning, we’ll send you an invoice by email or post  whichever you prefer. All details will be included on the invoice.

1. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all, it's totally up to you. Some customers prefer to be home, while others provide access and come back to a freshly cleaned space. We respect your comfort and can follow whatever works best for you.

2. Can I request specific areas to be cleaned?

Yes! We’re happy to follow your priorities. Just let us know what areas you'd like us to focus on, and we’ll make sure those spots get extra attention.

3. How long does a typical cleaning take?

The time depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning. We always aim to work efficiently without rushing quality and detail are our priorities.

4. What languages do your cleaners speak?

Most of our cleaners speak English, and some also speak Finnish. We do our best to ensure smooth and friendly communication at all times.
